In his twenty-year manufacturing career, Craig Wall has held positions with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers as well as electronic component and appliance manufacturers. He has successfully implemented Lean and Six Sigma projects that have significantly improved operational performance and reduced expenses.
Craig earned his Black Belt Certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and served as the lead, full-time Black Belt for an entire manufacturing organization, applying Six Sigma methodology to improve the company’s manufacturing and transactional processes. In this role, he was responsible for all Six Sigma business improvement initiatives including the management and oversight of multiple cross-functional project teams. He was also in charge of the selection and training of the company’s Black Belts, Green Belts and ad hoc team members.
Craig is experienced in building and maintaining effective quality systems including systems that meet ISO/TS 16949 standards. He is RABQSA-Certified as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and AIAG-Certified as a Supplier Auditor for ISO/TS 16949. He is also skilled in utilizing both qualitative and quantitative tools to improve quality such as Customer Relations, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plans, Advanced Quality Product Planning (APQP) and 8D Problem Solving.
Craig has earned an AAS in Engineering Technology from San Antonio College, a BS in Organizational Management from Midway College and a MBA from Campbellsville University.
