KMAC’s experienced staff can conduct Team Building training sessions for existing teams to improve their ability to function successfully or for employees to prepare them to be valuable team members. Participants in the Team Building training gain insight into their team player styles and learn about how to structure and manage an effective team. KMAC’s staff can also provide consulting and mentoring to help existing or new teams get “on track.”
To improve employees’ ability to get to the root cause of problems and then creatively solve them, KMAC’s experts deliver Problem-Solving training and mentoring. During the training, participants learn how to assess problems, collect and compile data to create Pareto charts, apply fishbone and why-why analyses, and effectively solve problems. KMAC’s staff can incorporate current operational problems into the training and, using an eight-step process, guide participants through the assessment and analyses to solution implementation.
