KMAC’s experts customize their approach to planning to fit your needs. The planning process may be focused on the near term or it may look farther out at a three-to-five year horizon. It may include up-front assessments and research to help your management team get an objective view of the environment in which your firm operates as well as the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. And the facilitated planning sessions could span multiple days or take place in one day. We’ll create a process that will accomplish two things. First, it will establish a common understanding and commitment among staff members to the company’s vision, goals, strategies, and objectives. Second, it will define a workable plan (with time frames and accountabilities) for your company’s future success.
