TWI Workshops
Kentucky Manufacturing Assistance Center (KMAC) presents Training Within Industry (TWI), a dynamic, results-oriented program that teaches essential leadership skills for supervisors, team leaders or anyone who directs the work of others.
The TWI program consists of three workshops - Job Instruction, Job Methods and Job Relations. Participants in each workshop learn a critical skill needed for effective leadership and then apply their new skill to real-life work situations.
What: TWI Workshops
Cost: $300 per participant per workshop (includes lunch and refreshments)
$800 per participant for all three workshops (includes lunch and refreshments)
